FAQ
What producers ask us
What is in the week buyout?
Seven consecutive days of the theater, both lounges, Studios 15 and 16 and the lobby. Staffing is billed separately for the days you are in the building.
Can we see the tech specs?
Yes. The spec sheet, seating chart and inventory are on the Rent page under Tech and production. Downloads on request.
Who runs the board?
Our crew, or yours alongside ours. Ask us when you book.
How early should we book?
We are now booking 2027. Popular weekends fill first.
Do we need insurance?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is required for every booking. Coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, naming APAX and Luxora Theater as additional insured. Your certificate is due 30 days before your first rental day.
How do we hold a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. We walk you through the payment schedule with your quote, and nothing is held until it is confirmed in writing.
