What directors ask us
Can we book just a studio?
Studios can be booked on their own. Ask us for a quote.
Is there a minimum?
Stage rehearsals have a four-hour minimum per day.
Do we need insurance?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is required for every booking. Coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, naming APAX and Luxora Theater as additional insured. Your certificate is due 30 days before your first rental day.
How do we hold a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. We walk you through the payment schedule with your quote, and nothing is held until it is confirmed in writing.
