How do I hold a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. We walk you through the payment schedule with your quote, and nothing is held until it is confirmed in writing.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is required. Coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, naming APAX and Luxora Theater as additional insured. Your certificate is due 30 days before your first rental day.
Who provides crew and security?
We do. Crew is set by your attendance and production level, and security is a contracted service. Every line is in your quote.
Can we have a bar or catering?
Yes. Bar service and catering are priced on request. Alcohol needs our written approval and a TABC-licensed server. No food or drink in the auditorium unless the event is booked as a banquet.
Can we sell tickets?
Ask us about ticketing when you request your date.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are in your rental agreement, and we go over them with your quote. Ask us about rescheduling.
