What agents and promoters ask us
Can we sell our own tickets?
Ask us about ticketing when you request your date.
Is there a bar?
Yes. Bar service is in the upper-level foyer, priced on request.
Can you handle our rider?
Send it with your request and we will match crew and equipment. Full equipment list on request.
How early should we book?
We are now booking 2027. Popular weekends fill first.
Do we need insurance?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is required for every booking. Coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, naming APAX and Luxora Theater as additional insured. Your certificate is due 30 days before your first rental day.
How do we hold a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. We walk you through the payment schedule with your quote, and nothing is held until it is confirmed in writing.
