Can we record or livestream?
Recording and streaming are coming once our camera system is installed. Ask us for options.
Can we host a reception?
Yes, in the upper-level gallery and foyer, with the bar priced on request.
How early should we book?
We are now booking 2027. Popular weekends fill first.
Do we need insurance?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is required for every booking. Coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, naming APAX and Luxora Theater as additional insured. Your certificate is due 30 days before your first rental day.
How do we hold a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. We walk you through the payment schedule with your quote, and nothing is held until it is confirmed in writing.
